The Board of Directors met on Tuesday, November 13th and approved a one-time capital assessment of $230.00 per property owner for purposes of renovating the community swimming pool and facilities.


2019 Invoices, along with other important CCIA information, will be delivered via U.S.Postal Service to your mail box during the first week of December. This is 30-days earlier than in previous years, as we would like to begin gather 2019 payments in order to commence the construction as soon as possible.


The project will consist of removing and replacing the swimming pool’s decking, coping, plaster, plumbing, skimmers, drains, filters, and pumps. Additionally, the restrooms will be modified to meet the state statues and the standards mandate for accessibility to the public under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.


This action is being taken by the Board in keeping with its commitment to the majority of the CCIA members who voted “Yes” in favor of keeping the swimming pool, making necessary modifications, and a one-time assessment.
